Key Accountabilities Rushmore benchmarking focal point Provide data management support to the Technical team e.g. EDM data queries - spotfire and data analyser searches NPT capture & review Lessons learned data base focal point and administrator Manipulation of data to enable ad-hoc reports to be generated in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Attendance of regular technical meetings, minute taking & action log management. Input of data into databases and spreadsheets. EDM focal point & first pass support Create PowerPoint presentations as required. Compilation of Team reports. Business Management System support and administration including Management of Change Essential Skills / Qualifications: Document management experience is desirable. Technical background is preferable but not essential, as is a basic understanding of drilling and completions operations. Strong numerical and literacy skills. Excellent Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills. Systematic and methodical approach. Good teamwork and communication skills (verbal and written). Enthusiasm and the ability to meet deadlines. Self motivation and initiative. Strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to exercise judgement, initiative and independence. Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated reliability. Demonstrated attention to detail. Knowledge of EDM (preferred but not essential)
