Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK for this role. Please state your availability and expected rate upon applcation.
Supervise and co-ordinate material requirements planning and stock management for all operational sites
Provide technical expertise in areas of specification, selection, procurement, inspection, storage and disposal of materials, spare parts and equipment and to provide effective support to client units and to Procurement team
Stock analysis and reporting for Drilling/Operations and Finance
Purchase of stock and repairs for planned maintenance
Create and maintain the Materials Master Data for use across all areas of the company’s business
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
HND level qualification or SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
3 years experience in a materials administration role within the oil and gas industry preferred
Knowledge and understanding of Maintenance and/or Drilling materials and procedures preferred
Knowledge and understanding of inventory control and materials management processes
Understanding of material specification, certification and verification processes
