Lead a small team of Construction Coordinators and engineers providing strong support on all construction deliverables, co-ordinate activity completion in a safe and timely manner. Deputise for Contract Construction Manager when required
Main Duties:
Lead the Construction Coordinators and provide guidance in their daily activities
Regular contact via platform morning calls
Manage daily report information from asset
Strong focus on Safety related issues provide support to OCSs
Provide support to Coordinators and platform OCS team
Provide point of contact for construction engineering input to assigned jobs
Preparation of job cards and estimates
Provide relevant discipline engineering assistance to other assets within the construction group when required
Input to work packs ensure contents meet scope requirements
Input to and closely monitor construction plans
Attend planning meetings, input to changes, provide support
Liaise with JREs and Project Managers to ensure correct priorities are being maintained
Liaise closely with design engineers from concept
Monitor design deliverable dates, work pack progress,
Monitor ongoing work with regard to completion dates
Liaise with material controllers to ensure timely delivery to site
Attend Kick Off Meetings
Ensure rev `A` packs are available to site for review /and comment with in the planned time frame
Attend weekly construction and planning meetings as required
Experience:
Relevant experience (Preferably in the Oil/Gas /Petrochemical industry).

Good team working & building skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Pragmatic and open to change, self motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
