 Subsea

Amanda Dornan has worked in the industry for over 15 years and created Infinity Resources to better serve the oil and gas industry with a new and fresh approach to the age old problem of finding the "right people for the right job".  Amanda specialises in providing Subsea recruitment to smaller service companies right through to some of the largest oil companies in the world.

Business Development

To offer our candidates and specifically those that subscribe to our Job Alert function the best selection of roles possible, it is essential that Infinity constantly bring in new and varied positions.  As the Vice President of Business Development, Debbie McFarlane has extensive experience and a wealth of contacts in the oil and gas industry. Debbie has also been involved in the management buy-out of a global recruitment specialist and in the formation of a subsequent recruitment firm. She understands the levels of service required to bring in senior roles from the premier companies in the oil and gas market.

Senior recruitment consultant David Gibb has several years’ experience in sales, business development, account management and recruitment within the oil & gas industry.  The Robert Gordon University graduate is focused upon subsea-related disciplines.

Isabel Macvicar is an experienced senior recruiter in the industry, with an extensive track record in the sourcing of offshore and onshore personnel at all levels. She joins Infinity Resources as a senior recruitment consultant.

Andrew Urquhart has been appointed to the role of recruitment consultant after returning to the North-east after 15 years in Edinburgh in the leisure and hospitality sector.
